The use of Sugarcane Bagasse (SCB) and Maralfalfa Grass (MG) for glycosidic syrup production, despite high lignin content, shows promise due to their rich fermentable fiber content. Liquid hot water (LHW) and lacasse pretreatments (LP) were assessed for their effects on glucose syrup production. LHW pretreatment notably increased glucose content by 316.95% (SCB) and 15.23% (MG), while LP generated syrups with 1.789 g/L and 1.812 g/L glucose for SCB and MG, respectively, enhancing production by 658.05% and 15.93%. Additionally, LHW pretreatment altered the lignocellulosic structure, resulting in a significant glucose production boost¿0.984g/L for SCB and 1.80g/L for MG, signifying a 14.5% and 27.6% increase over untreated samples. |
