This work presents a strategy for modeling processes considering the parameter identification problem, using the concept of the verification of identifiability as a basis for the construction of the model. For this, an optimization algorithm is used in order to obtain the numeric values of the identifiable parameters, and therefore, guarantee the validity of the result. The methodology is applied on a model of an enzymatic hydrolysis process of amylaceous materials, and it is focuses on the identification of parameters for the liquefaction and saccharification stages. The obtained results show low errors of 7.96% for liquefaction and 7.35% for saccharification. |
