The aim of this project is to design and implement an effective multimodal fusion scheme of the content of scientific biomedical papers and scientific literature. For this will be necessary to evaluate and select a relevant collection of case-based scientific literature and to propose and implement strategies to fuse the visual and textual content present in both medical-cases and medical scientific literature. Finally we want to evaluate the performance of the proposed methods using a selected collection of scientific biomedical papers.
